To create a withdrawal request, you must register the IP address that will send the request with the administrator.
After registering the IP address, you will receive an access token to create withdrawal requests.
The externalId parameter can be used to send an identifier that we will use to send the notification via webhook. This way, you will have an identifier from the creation of the withdrawal request until payment confirmation.
